Perhaps you are a doer and a giver like me so on top of the exhaustion and heaviness is the frustration, disappointment, or even resentment and anger of not being able to do the essentials or extras for others because you feel so taxed.

This can keep you from turning to food, beverages, overworking, overspending, overnetflixing... or whatever you typically use to feel better or distract yourself from your negative thoughts and feelings.
