If you can change your situation then do it but if you can't or don't want to then listen to find a motivating thought that helps my clients and me feel better about the situation.

It's not a magic solution but it is a bit like sprinkled magic because when you can feel better or at least neutralize the negative feeling then you are more apt to continue taking action to get the final desired result.

Creating a new empowering goal for how you reach your goal will feel better. It's a simple shift even if it doesn't feel easy.
